The Professional Regulations Commission has released the results of the Real Estate Broker Licensure Examination given by the Board of Real Estate Service last March 16, 2014.  The exams were held simultaneously in Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi and Lucena. Out of the total 3,535 who took the test, 2048 passed.

Blake Salingbay Feken, a graduate of UP Diliman topped the exams at 84% with Juan Carlos Caballes Gines from the University of the East Caloocan following with a score of 83.5%.  For the list of the top ten successful examinees please click on this link

Registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be on April 1-3, 2014. Those who will register are required to bring the following:

*duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal;

*current Community Tax Certificate (cedula);

*1 piece passport size picture (colored with white background and complete nametag);

*2 sets of metered documentary stamps and 1 short brown envelope with name and profession;

*submission of Original Surety Bond, minimum amount of which is P 20,000.00, with the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC)/Housing and Land Use Regulatory Board (HLURB) as Obligee;

*pay the Initial Registration Fee of P600 and Annual Registration Fee of P450 for 2014-2017.

Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.

The date and venue for the oathtaking ceremony of the new successful examinees in the said examination WILL BE ANNOUNCED LATER.
